Highlands Community Learning Center is house inside the Highlands Presbyterian Church. Take I-270 E to exit 20 for Sawmill Road. Keep right at the fork and follow the signs for Sawmill Road CR-70. Turn left onto Snouffer Road. Follow Snouffer Road until you arrive at Smoky Row Road. Turn left on Smoky Row Road and continue for three tenths of a mile. Highlands Presbyterian Church will be located on the left.
